• Standard shipping to most U.S. addresses is 2 to 5 days.

Shipping Costs

• U.S. orders $99+ are FREE.
• U.S. orders $0 to $98.99 have a small $4.99 shipping fee.
• Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

• When your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

• Cancellations or changes are not allowed on orders after 24 hours. As the production process begins within that timeframe.

• You have 30 days after receiving your order to return non-personalized jewelry.

• Personalized items are made to order and are FINAL SALE.

• All custom, personalized, special order and sale products (including single initials and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. No exceptions. 

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
