Start A Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

Include your name, order number and the reason for your return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours, as the production process has begun.

All custom, personalized, special order and sale products - including initials - are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. No exceptions.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return non-personalized jewelry.
